Shipping 📦
Free shipping Australia-wide on every order! No minimum spend, no surprise fees at checkout. Every order is packed with care so your new cuddle buddies arrive safe and happy.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days to prepare and dispatch your order.
- Delivery time: usually 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on the item and your location.
- Tracking: as soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel to your door. Tracking can take a few days to show its first update.
- Multiple parcels: if you order a few different goodies, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. Don't worry – the rest is on its way!
Busy times like Valentine's Day, Black Friday and Christmas can add a few extra days, so if it's a gift, we recommend ordering early. 💝
Shipping to the United States 🇺🇸
Our print-on-demand range – mugs, tumblers, hoodies and sweatshirts – also ships free to the United States. These items are printed to order in the US, then usually dispatched within 1–4 business days and delivered 3–9 business days later. All our other products ship within Australia only.
Changes & cancellations
Need to change your address or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes within 12 hours of ordering, before your order is processed.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved in a while, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, please get in touch and we'll chase it up for you.
