Welcome to Bearly Boo! These terms apply when you use our website and buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, so please read them along with our Shipping & Returns page and Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

Bearly Boo is an online store based in Western Australia. You can reach us any time through our Contact page.

2. Products

We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different from screen to screen, and sizes are measured by hand, so small differences may occur. Product images are for illustration.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD), or in US dollars (USD) for customers in the United States. Shipping is free. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Payment is taken when you place your order. Your payment details are processed securely by our payment provider and are never stored by us.

4. Orders

After you order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, if we can't verify payment, or if we suspect fraud. If you want to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually help within 12 hours of ordering.

5. Shipping

We ship within Australia. Our print-on-demand range (mugs, tumblers, hoodies and sweatshirts) can also be shipped to the United States. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by things outside our control, such as courier delays and busy holiday periods. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page. Please make sure your delivery address is correct, as we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address you provided.

6. Returns and refunds

We don't offer returns or refunds for change of mind. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we'll replace or refund it, as set out on our Shipping & Returns page.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights.

8. Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, and apart from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Please use products as intended and keep small items away from young children.

9. Website content

The text, design and layout of this website belong to Bearly Boo or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission. Character names, artwork and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Privacy

We only use your personal information to process your order and look after you as a customer. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
